Describe how the funds will be expended (e.g. course fee, travel, equipment rental or purchase, etc.) If the request is for course fees, indicate the course number and quarter.

CASH:

This means we will distribute approved funds to you through your student account, which will then be issued to you via ACH or check from the Student Fiscal Services Office. This will allow you to directly purchase with your own funds. If the request purpose was to pay for student fees, funds will be distributed to your student account in the quarter in which you are taking the course provided you are registered for said course.

UW BUDGET:

Sometimes students need to purchase things that will only take a UW budget number, such as purchases from the Chem Store or software licenses purchased through UW. If you need to purchase using UW Budgets, then choose this option. Instructions on how to access approved funds will be provided if you receive an award.
