A community art show featuring work by, about, and celebrating women’s stories for Women’s History Month in 2019. All original work that you, the artist, believes fits this theme is a welcome addition. All people (ages 15+) welcome to participate. Participants may enter up to 3 pieces in any medium. This is a non-juried show.
Art drop-off between Thursday, February 28 and Tuesday, March 5 (10 am-4 pm, or by appointment).
Work may be sold per library policy. (Please include price in item description.) Please ensure that work is ready to display at drop-off.
Opening reception: Tuesday, March 12, 5-7 pm (before screening of RBG documentary, details below)

March 19 "He Named Me Malala" (2015)A look at the events leading up to the Taliban's attack on Pakistani schoolgirl, Malala Yousafzai, for speaking out on girls' education followed by the aftermath, including her speech to the United Nations.
