Monthly tuition is $140 plus a one-time $75 enrichment fee collected in September

Each member of MNS is required to assume a responsibility or job in addition to co-oping within your  child’s class. These jobs are described briefly in the application document. Please list, in order of preference, the three jobs you would most prefer. Many positions need to be filled for Weekly Cleaners and Fundraising Committee Members, so please include at least one of those in your choices. In the event that not enough people volunteer for those positions, we will know your preference if we have to assign you to one. However, every effort will be made to give you one of the jobs selected.

I wish to enroll my child(ren) in Mayo Nursery School. I agree that our family will fulfill all duties as outlined in the Basics of Mayo Nursery School and the school Handbook. I understand that I am to submit the registration fee along with the application before my application can be accepted by the school, and that upon acceptance, all health and information forms must be completed and the non-refundable first and last month tuition will be due and payable to Mayo Nursery School BEFORE my child may attend.
