Radiance Cohousing's Common House is available to rent for half days, full days, and evenings. The space is suitable for meetings, courses, and other small gatherings. The space includes 15 chairs, 6 folding tables, full kitchen (with range, dishwasher, microwave, small fridge, cookware, dishware, and napkins), coffee urn, kettle, barrier free bathroom, laundry, and Wi-Fi.
The Common House is a shared space. The second floor is used as a guestroom/airbnb, while a small office on the main floor is used regularly during weekdays. You will be made aware of any scheduled visitors before we confirm your booking.
Rate = $25/hour between hours of 8am-10pm
Terms of use: - The renter agrees to leave the space in tidy condition (i.e. wipe down surfaces, sweep floor, ensure garbage and recycling are disposed of, wash dishes / load and run the dishwasher, put items away). If the space is not tidied after use, the renter may be charged a cleaning fee of minimum $35.
- If the space or its contents are damaged in any way, the renter will be charged for replacement/repair costs.
- Pets may be permitted under certain circumstances. Please inquire for details.
Cancellation Fees:- No cancellation fees will be applied if bookings are canceled at least 24 hours before the booking is to start.
- If cancellations are made within 24 hours of the booking, renters will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of their booking.
- “No shows” will be charged for the full amount of the original booking.
