The purpose of this form is for Referral Program participants to report basic customer journey information as it pertains to companies that they are working with on some part SBTs for nature using SBTN guidance.

PARTICIPANTS:

1) Fill out this brief 12-question form. OR

2) If you are working with many companies, send a list of companies that you are working with on SBTs for nature using SBTN guidance to corporate-engagement@sciencebasedtargetsnetwork.org (subject line: Referral Program Company Reporting List). Specify what step these companies are working on. OR

3) If you'd prefer to give this information over a quick phone call, please reach out to corporate-engagement@sciencebasedtargetsnetwork.org (subject line: Referral Program Company Reporting Call). We will set up a 10 minute call to walk through these questions with you.

This form will be sent to SBTN partners and service providers in the Referral Program on a quarterly basis. Data will be anonymized for external purposes, unless given explicit permission and NDAs will be respected.
