I agree to the following participation requirements (please read each statement, and check each box to agree): *

I will allow my teachers who decide to participate to dedicate 30 uninterrupted minutes during the school day every two weeks to meet virtually with their BetterLesson coaches.

I will ensure that my teachers who decide to participate regularly schedule and attend meetings with their coaches. I understand that if a teacher does not fulfill this requirement, they will be asked to leave the program.

I will support the risk-taking mindset that is required to learn anything new and complex by encouraging teachers who are participating from my school to design and implement innovative solutions to the learning challenges their students face. I will in no way allow a teacher's participation in the program to adversely affect their performance evaluation this school year, nor their employment status at the school.

I will create opportunities for participating teachers from my school to share their work with their colleagues.
