Gratitude Lab 1.0: Arts-based Gratitude Devising Workshop
Co-facilitated and curated by But Not Boring

But Not Boring is looking for creative participants who are interested in experimental art and mindfulness exercises, and who are keen on devising for an exhibition.

The workshop, led by Wee Jia Yi (Ping), a special needs therapist and theatre practitioner at Bound Theatre, will explore the different forms of gratitude and focus on personal embodiment of gratitude. Through a series of exercises that involve movement, sound, and photography, participants will produce one creative brief at the end, serving as inspiration for subsequent workshops and a culminating exhibition.
