Welcome to this year’s season! The Artistic Team is very excited to see all of you.
Please review this with your dancer(s), and submit this electronic form prior to Friday, September 5, 2025. The registration fee is due PRIOR to auditioning. One form per family if applicable. If you are a NEW STUDENT to Cary Ballet and do not know your ballet level yet, please select Unknown. If you are NOT a student of the Conservatory, please select Community Dancer.

We welcome students of any race, religion, national origin, or gender.
Audition fee $45/dancer is non-refundable. We prefer either PayPal or a check, though will take cash the day of.
Ladies: Hair neatly secured, leotard, tights, ballet flats and pointe shoes (if applicable)
Men: Shirt, tights, ballet flats.
Children: Hair neatly secured in a bun, class leotard, tights and ballet flats
If you have any questions email info@caryballetcompany.org. The registration table will open 45 minutes prior to each audition class (9:15 a.m., 11:15 a.m. and 1:45 p.m.). At check-in, you or your dancer will:
- Sign in to receive an audition number.
- Verify pre-payment or pay audition fees in-person.
- Then be directed to the Costume Team. Each dancer is to be MEASURED prior to attending the audition. Our incredible Costume Team will be located very close to the registration table to take your dancer(s) measurements.
