15 Forever: Spring 2024 YouthCharge Application

If you’re a high school student who is passionate about making the world a better place, apply below to be a member of the Community Foundation of Boulder County's 15 Forever YouthCharge program this spring! Your grades and your clubs don’t matter for this application: the only requirement for applying is wanting to make a difference. YouthCharge counts for 60 hours of community service, and you get to meet new friends and make a real difference in your community!

Applications are due Friday, December 15, 2023. You will hear from us on or around Thursday, December 21, 2023.

I understand that this program is a participatory learning experience and requires regular attendance at the meetings. I certify that I will attend 85% of the regular meetings that are scheduled WEEKLY for 1.5 to 2 hours throughout the spring 2024 semester. 

I understand that 15 Forever depends on my attendance, involvement and action, and that if I fail to meet the attendance requirements, I will be asked to withdraw. 

I will communicate with my group and facilitator regularly to achieve our common goals. 

I will carry through with my commitments to 15 Forever.
