Hello! The Jeudevine is developing a strategic plan to guide us over the next five years and we need help from you! The survey may take about fifteen minutes to complete, and we very much appreciate you taking the time to fill it out. Your answers are anonymous, we are not collecting your email address unless you want more information about the strategic planning, and the starred questions require an answer. 

We will report back to the public once we have collected and reviewed the information from patrons and community members, the library and town staff, library trustees, and the select board. We hope to have the strategic plan report ready in June.
