NightSky Network — Staff Complaints
• The following form is for player and staff-led staff complaints against a member of staff and/or an administrator. The following form is submitted to the Staff Manager and to the Administration team. If a complaint is regarding an administrator, please email Cole@NS-Network.net. Complaints must follow the Complaint Procedure outlined below.
1(1). The complaint is regarding the on-duty conduct of a staff member
1(2). The incident has occurred within the past 12 months
2(1). You are directly involved in the incident; and/or a witness to the incident OR/ authorized to submit this on behalf of the individual who was directly affected.
• Information shared on this complaint form will be handled with care. Depending on the nature of the complaint, information may be shared between administrators and the staff with the complaint as evidence in cases of discipline and situations following. The Network claims no responsibility for the sharing or consequences of the distribution of the information thereof provided.
• A member from the office of Staff Management and Recruitment may contact you with regards to this complaint; please ensure all contact information is relevant or the complaint may not be handled appropriately. Additionally, due to the nature of this form, you may not hear as to the results of the complaint.
• Any false information provided may result in severe consequences.
A PDF Copy of your submission is automatically sent to the Staff Management Team; your complaint will be reviewed within 24 hours.
