En esta sección el trustee voluntariamente llenará el formulario certificando la entrega de su frecuencia para que regrese al banco del PRVIVFC por las siguientes razones:

• Falta de interés o uso.
• Frecuencia no activa (Fuera del aire reportada en uno de los estudios realizados por la entidad coordinadora)
• Carta enviada por el PR VI VFC INC descoordinando la frecuencia.
• Otras razones expresadas por el trustee.

La guía operacional establece que la vigencia de la coordinación de una frecuencia es:
VIGENCIA DE UNA COORDINACIÓN

Cualquier coordinación expedida por el PR/VI VFC tendrá vigor mientras el “trustee”cumpla con sus deberes como tal y mantenga el equipo en funcionamiento y se validecuando sea requerido. Trustee independiente si fallece ó quiera pasar la frecuencia aotro no podrá hacerlo. La frecuencia pasará al banco de datos del PRVI-VFC, INC.

De suceder algún inconveniente que no permita el funcionamiento del equipo por un periodo de más de
quince (15) días, el “trustee” será responsable de enviar una carta explicativa al PRVI-VFC, INC. En estos casos la coordinación se mantendrá vigente por los próximos sesenta (60) días. El no cumplimiento de este requisito se interpretado como falta de interés en el uso de la frecuencia asignada por lo que la coordinación se cancelará y la frecuencia volverá al banco de frecuencias disponibles libres para asignarse a un nuevo “trustee”.
 
En la parte de los deberes establece lo siguiente:

Entregar la(s) frecuencia(s) a el PR/VI VFC INC cuando usted se muda a otro país que usted entienda que no va a tener el control de su repetidor(es) o no desea seguir con la frecuencia. Está prohibido vender un repetidor con la frecuencia ya que las frecuencias no le pertenecen a usted cuando la entrega. Las frecuencias no son vitalicias.

In this section, the trustee will voluntarily fill out the form certifying the delivery of their frequency so that it can be returned to the bank of PR VI VFC INC. for the following reasons:

Lack of interest or use.
Non-active frequency (Off the air reported in one of the studies carried out by the coordinating entity)
Letter sent by the PR VI VFC INC decoordinating the frequency.
Other reasons expressed by the trustee.

The operational guide establishes that the validity of the coordination of a frequency is:
VALIDITY OF A COORDINATION

Any coordination issued by the PR / VI VFC will be valid as long as the trustee fulfills his duties as such and keeps the equipment in operation and is validated when required. Independent trustee if he dies or wants to pass the frequency to another, he will not be able to do so. The frequency will be transferred to the PRVI-VFC, INC. database.

If any inconvenience occurs that does not allow the operation of the equipment for a period of more than
fifteen (15) days, the trustee will be responsible for sending an explanatory letter to PRVI-VFC, INC. In these cases, the coordination will remain in force for the next sixty (60) days. Failure to comply with this requirement will be interpreted as a lack of interest in the use of the assigned frequency, so the coordination will be canceled and the frequency will return to the bank of free available frequencies to be assigned to a new trustee.
 
In the part of the duties it establishes the following:

Deliver the frequency(ies) to the PR/VI VFC INC when you move to another country that you understand will not have control of your repeater(s) or do not wish to continue with the frequency. It is forbidden to sell a repeater with the frequency as the frequencies do not belong to you when you deliver it. Frequencies are not lifetime.
