POLICY
No member of Angel Charity may use, or to attempt to use his/her position as a member of Angel Charity to secure any valuable thing or valuable benefit for him/herself, his/her Relatives, or his/herself Affiliates that would not ordinarily accrue to such member in the performance of his/her memberships obligation in Angel Charity.

MUST
1.    Disclose in the writing their own Relatives’, or Affiliates’ Substantial Interests in the agreement or decision to the Board of the Directors or committee of Angel Charity, which authorizes, approves, or ratifies the agreement or decision.
2.    Participate in fair contract award process which must be approved by the Board of Directors of Angel Charity which authorizes, approves, or ratifies the agreement or decisions. This process may or may not include competitive bidding at the discretion of the Board.
3.    Refrain from voting or participating in any way the decision-making process to enter into such agreement.
PERIODIC DISCLOSURE
Each Member of the Angel Charity shall complete a personal questionnaire at the time he or she joins Angel Charity in order to facilitate the discovery of possible conflicts of interest. The questionnaire or summaries of the information disclosed by the questionnaires shall be made available to the Board. Further, it is the responsibility of each member to update his/her questionnaire should the information contained therein, change in any material way, as it pertains to the policy.
