Please complete the following form.  A Summer School Teacher will be contacting students/parents beginning the week of June 19th to begin courses.  

Summer session will run through July 30, 2021.

Summer session will be held Monday-Thursday from 8:00AM-12:00PM.

To be Eligible to participate in Credit Recovery, students must have at least a 40% average for the course they wish to recover. Students may only recover 1 course at a time. Principal permission must be obtained to recover more than 2- .5 credits.

Please check that you and your Parent/Guardian understand you are being afforded the opportunity to recover credit in classes which you previously failed. Upon successful completion of the virtual course work the credit and grade will be added to your transcript. The previous failing grade will remain on the transcript. Please also keep the following in mind, please check that you have read all guidelines. *
