2020 NC CHILI AND BEER FEST for VENDORS
This application is for the 2020 NC Chili and Beer Fest at Humphrey Farm.
Filling out this application does not guarantee you a space.
1.) The times of the event are 5pm-11pm. *(Times are subject to change)
2.) There is NO Rain Date at this time.
3.) Vendor Spaces: you will have a space of 12x12. Your tent cannot be any larger than 12x12. You must have a proper weighting system for your tent as the wind can be an issue as the farm is located on the water. Set up times will begin three hours before the gates open. An emailed package will be sent out a week prior to the event. We will be spacing tents at least 6' apart.
4.) Set Up: gates will open for Vendors at 3pm. ALL Vehicles MUST be off the festival grounds by 4pm.
5.) Vendors who arrive for set-up later than 4pm may NOT be allowed to set up, and NO refund will be granted.
6.) Sorry, we only have about 2-3 spaces with electrical at this time. These are saved for Vendors whose business absolutely requires electricity.
7.) NO food or drinks can be sold unless you are a pre-approved Food/Drink Vendor.
8.) ALL Vendor Parking will be in the main parking field. NO acceptions.
9.) Gates will be unlocked about 9pm for entry back onto the festival grounds. PLEASE, bring battery operated lights for you booth. Shoppers will only visit your tents/booths if they can see. Don't miss out on sales bc your booth was too dark. There are many options on Amazon, etc. You can't have too few lights.
10.) Humphrey Farm is NOT responsible for any theft, damage to any merchandise, displays or vehicles while on the farm.
1.) Crafters/Vendors: $25 per booth (We already have a Shaved Ice Vendor and Scentsy)
2.) IF you have paid fees for a previous event we WILL honor those fees for this event.
3.) We have three spaces available for non-profit groups.

ALL Vendors will receive (2) Wristbands. If you need more, they can be purchased at $3/ea. and you will be billed with your invoice. How many more wristbands do you require?
You will recieve an email once you have been accepted. Invoices will start going out immediately. You will have 5 days to pay, then you will receive a reminder and have 2 days to pay. After that, your invoice will be canceled.
You agree to hold Humphrey Farm and all of its entities free of harm or liability. You have applied for this event of your own free will and accept any responsibility for loss, damage or injury while attending this event or while on farm grounds.
