Mentorship Form for the CAIR-Houston Muslim Youth Leadership Program
We are looking for mentors to match up with Muslim students who are interested in faith, advocacy, civic engagement, and social justice. We want mentors who are active within the community and are excited to coach the next generation of leaders. The commitment for mentors is about two hours per month for a year. We have a limited pool of students, and are looking for their best match -- please respond to this form if you think you might be a good fit!

Mentees will be matched with you by the CAIR-Houston team, to develop a lasting relationship. This is a rare opportunity for you to help nurture Muslim youth's interest in faith-led activism and social justice leadership development in Houston, Texas!
