We at AFS are always looking to help student athletes get to a higher level of ability and success. By completing this survey, you will be assisting in providing information we can use to determine what parents experience and where we, as Performance Coaches, can focus our efforts to assist parents and athletes alike to foster a positive and healthy athletic experience.
