Christ in the City Interest Form

Join Stanford Catholic for a week-long mission trip with Christ in the City, serving and living alongside people experiencing homelessness in Denver. 

Dates: arrive 02/22 - depart 02/28. 

Cost: $60 deposit + $230 for 1 week stay + meals. Cost of transportation to Denver, CO. 

We are committed to making sure the cost of the trip is not an obstacle for anyone. 

CITC focuses on relational ministry, ensuring that each person they materially help is seen, known, and loved. Each day of ministry we will encounter the poor on the streets of Denver, pray with them, serve meals, and live in community with fellow missionaries.

This experience will deepen your love for the poor, serve as an opportunity to make lifelong friends, and open your heart to how God might be asking you to serve others.

Cost of the Trip
The total cost of the trip is as follows:

$60 deposit (due by 12/1 or date of sign up)
$230 payment (covers 1 week of meals + stay in Denver, due by 02/22)
Flights to/from Denver (currently $100-$300 dollars)
Transport in Denver (~$100 per person). 

Total: $290 + $200 to $400  = between $490 - $690

Roundtrip flights to Denver are currently in the $100-$300 range. 

We should arrive to Denver by 4 pm on 02/22 and leave on 02/29 after 12:00 pm. Recommended flights will be sent out soon.
