The Iskolar sa Dakbayan Community-Based Organizations serve as platforms for leadership development, community engagement, volunteerism, and scholar empowerment within the barangays of Cagayan de Oro City. In accordance with the ISDA Constitution and By-Laws, the Community-Based Elections provide every qualified scholar an opportunity to actively participate in the democratic process by either filing their candidacy or nominating a fellow scholar who possesses the competence, commitment, and passion to serve. Before proceeding, please ensure that you meet the qualifications for the position you are applying for and that all information provided in this form is complete and accurate. All submissions will undergo validation and screening by the Electoral Board based on the provisions of the ISDA Constitution and By-Laws.
