Chromebooks for 2020 - 2021 School Year
Please fill out this form if you need to checkout a Chromebook for the 2020-2021 School Year. Chromebook checkout will take place during registration at ECHS. Additional information will be shared in registration letter. Please use an OUSD student email to complete this form. One student email per device. If you have not returned your Chromebook, please fill this form out so we can renew the device and update your records.

If you have an OUSD Chromebook, what is the device #? On ECHS devices, this is the label on the back of the device. It is a 14 digit number and it has El Camino on top of the barcode. Your device will be rechecked out to you.
