James Joyce Scholarship 2018: DEADLINE EXTENDED UNTIL APRIL 27th
The James Joyce Library Scholarship is presented by the Brentwood Library Board of Trustees in memory of former Brentwood Mayor James Joyce. Mayor Joyce was an avid supporter of the library and the youth of the community. This year's scholarship is $500 and will go to a high school senior who is furthering his or her education through either a college or vocational program.

Requirements to Apply:
• Applicants must be a resident of Brentwood Borough
• Applicants have a GPA of 3.0 or above
• Applications will be judged first and foremost on the merit of the plan presented

DEADLINE EXTENDED UNTIL APRIL 25th. The scholarship winner will be announced at Senior Awards night.

You will be asked to present a plan that will create a positive change within the library or present a new idea that can improve the library’s services and programming. There will be several follow-up questions including programming implementation and foreseen obstacles.
