Affordable Housing Week TOD Panel Discussion
Please join the Housing Development Consortium and Seattle for Everyone on Wednesday, May 17th, for an Affordable Housing Week affordable transit-oriented development (TOD) panel discussion at El Centro de la Raza.

With the expansion of Link light rail comes an opportunity to increase access to jobs, quality schools, and other amenities for low-income residents—while helping to meet Seattle’s need for affordable housing—through affordable transit-oriented development.

Panelists from public and non-profit organizations that are active in planning, designing, and financing affordable homes near transit will have a robust conversation on the ins and outs of implementing affordable TOD, and will provide useful information for community members as they advocate for affordable homes near light rail in their own neighborhoods.

The event is free and open to the public.
