2020/2021 CMEEC Fee Waiver Application
PRNSA is committed to supporting environmental education for students of various backgrounds. We have fee waivers/scholarships available to support 20%-80% of the facility rental, as well as for additional services and personnel booked through PRNSA.

Following the completion of this form, please email or mail supporting documentation. This can include either of the following: 1) a letter of support from the principal or senior school administrator, or 2) any document providing evidence of compelling financial need (title I status, % of students on free/reduced lunch, percent of students who receive scholarships, or other proof of compelling financial need).

During the months of February through November, Licensee’s total fee shall be determined by the number of people on site per calendar day or any portion of the day (not per night). The minimum fee shall be $750 per day with a total capacity of 38 people. Rates are as follows for additional people: between 39 and 54 people is $940/day; between 55 to 70 people is $1140/day; between 71 and 89 people is $1400/day. Visits made during December and January will receive $100 off each day. Payment of all fees shall be made no later than 30 days after the departure date. In the event Licensee will be hosting multiple groups arriving/departing on overlapping days, fees will be based on the maximum number of persons on site each day.
