We know that weight training can feel intimidating and give people gym anxiety, and at Blink we want everyone to feel comfortable. That’s why on Wednesdays in March, starting March 8th, from 7 pm - 8 pm, we’re offering a free weight training class called Empower Hour at your local Blink Fitness. Learn how to use equipment and improve your technique with a Blink certified personal trainer in a super supportive class setting!

Each week at Empower Hour, a Blink trainer will focus on a different muscle group. Come for one or come for all!

Wednesday, March 15th | Push Day - Chest, Shoulder, Tricep
Wednesday, March 22nd | Core Day - Abs
Wednesday, March 29th | Lower Body Day - Legs + Glutes
