Empower Hour Sign-Up

We know that weight training can feel intimidating and give people gym anxiety, and at Blink we want everyone to feel comfortable. That’s why on Wednesdays in March, starting March 8th, from 7 pm - 8 pm, we’re offering a free weight training class called Empower Hour at your local Blink Fitness. Learn how to use equipment and improve your technique with a Blink certified personal trainer in a super supportive class setting!

Bring a friend to class for free! We want to empower all people to start weight training – members and non-members alike. 


4 wednesdays – 4 muscle groups

Each week at Empower Hour, a Blink trainer will focus on a different muscle group. Come for one or come for all!

  • Wednesday, March 8th     |  Pull Day -  Back + Bicep 

  • Wednesday, March 15th    |  Push Day -  Chest, Shoulder, Tricep

  • Wednesday, March 22nd  |  Core Day - Abs

  • Wednesday, March 29th   |  Lower Body Day - Legs + Glutes
