Retreating from the distractions of daily life is an essential part of the path of awakening. Please join us for these important opportunities to deepen mindfulness. Those who are new to meditation should attend the intro class or several weekly practice groups before their first retreat. Led by Gail Iverson.

Gail Iverson has been practicing mindfulness meditation since 1987 and formerly served as Chair of the Board of Directors at Common Ground.
