2018 Alchemy Art Fundraiser Project Application
Please fill this out in its entirety. Everything posted here (except your private contact information) will be posted to our website for the community to see. Thus, this is how will be how everyone will decide whether or not to donate to your project. Make sure it is accurate and thorough! We will review your submissions before posting to make sure it is up to standards, but the rest is up to you.

Make sure that you are familiar with what is and isn't allowed to be in a budget. There aren't many restrictions, but here are some. See the FAQ here for all the details: goo.gl/dR5Jb0

Your budget needs to be made using our Google Spreadsheet template. Once submitted, your budget must be approved by the Alchemy Art Fundraiser Team. Afterwards, it will be made public. See here for instructions on how to make your budget using our template: https://goo.gl/2HxNEf

If your project in any way involves open flames, then it must be inspected by the Fire Safety team prior to being lit. We highly recommend you contact them ASAP to make sure that your plans are safe enough to be at the event before you commit to construction. You may email them at firesafety@alchemyburn.com
