Please try these resolutions to common issues:

If your Chromebook will not power on even after charging, try the following:

Unplug the charger from the Chromebook. Then, hold the reset key (It is in the top row above the 4 key, it is a half circle with an arrow at the end) and the power key for 5 seconds. Release both keys and wait for 30 seconds. Now, plug the charger into the Chromebook. Hold the reset key and power key again for 5 seconds. Release the keys and wait 30 seconds. Now hit the power key and see if the Chromebook turns on.

Issue: Message = "Network had been disabled by administrator"
Solution: Power down, and power on the Chromebook twice. This will resolve the issue.

Issue: Having to select your home network each time you'd like to connect.
Solution: Set your home network as your preferred network.

Issue: Microphone audio problems.

If you have no positive results testing the equipment...

Try: 1. Changing a site's camera & microphone permissions:
Open Chrome .
At the top right, click More. Settings.
Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.
Click Camera or Microphone. Turn on or off Ask before accessing.

Try: 2. Disabling Bluetooth on the device:
At the bottom right, select the time.
Select Bluetooth.
Turn off Bluetooth.

Try: 3. Disable Chrome Extensions:
Open Chrome.
Select More tools Extensions.
Turn off all Extensions of which you are able.
