Census Outreach with Team Julia and Lauren Ashcraft in LIC
The deadline for Census 2020 has been pushed back to September 30, and Queens is still excessively undercounted.
In order to get the federal funding our community desperately needs for our schools, hospitals, mass transit, and so much more we need to get a Complete Count!
Join us this Sunday August 23, 2020 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM in Court Square to speak with neighbors about the census and make sure they know how to fill it out.
We will be setting up in Court Square Park on Jackson Avenue and will ensure that everyone volunteering is properly wearing a face mask.
