Application Deadlines
July 17th- payment of $4,000 due in full.
For Early Entries only--I understand that in order to receive this discounted Early Entry rate of $3,200, the Builder Agreement and payment must be received by the Spokane Home Builders Association on or before March 15, 2026.

Builder Sponsors are what we previously referred to as Host Sites but open up more flexibility to feature homes across the region. If you select yes, please anticipate an additional application for Builder Sponsor.

Early Entry Sponsorship: $8,500 *fee increases to $10,500 after March 30, 2026

*Builder Sponsor applications are reviewed and selected by the Fall Festival of Homes Committee. Each must pass through committee approval.
