Request to Return Rental Instrument
Instrument Return Request: please fill out this form to notify us to pickup your rental instrument and cancel your contract once instrument is received. 

Here are some things to consider before returning your rental instrument.

1. If the student IS going to continue to play in the band or orchestra at any time in the future (ie. will play again next school semester or start of new school year), we would strongly recommend that you DO NOT return your instrument at this time. Returning your instrument will forfeit all rental credit that you have currently accrued. The student also should continue practicing over the summer break. However, you ALWAYS have the right to return your instrument any time and start over if needed, if that is the case please fill out the form below.

2. If the student IS NOT going to play in the band or orchestra, and you don't want to explore your Early Pay-off option if they decide to play again later, PLEASE fill out the form below to start the return process.

3. If you decide to return your instrument, you can return it in person to our store at 51 U.S. 158 By-Pass, Henderson, NC 27537 at anytime during store hours. At that point, your rental agreement will be returned and canceled in our system.
If returning it to our store is not a suitable option, please continue filling out this form to begin the process. Our Education Representative will contact you shortly after you've completed the form to work out a pick-up at your student's school
