NOMINEE

Nominees for elder must be members of New England Chapel in good

standing and should demonstrate the discernment, knowledge and

wisdom needed to guide New England Chapel in the months and years

ahead. Candidates should also be mature in their faith, disciplined in

their behavior and well respected within the church and the community.

And, finally, a nominee for elder must be a team player, able to work well

with the existing board.
