Multicultural Center Room Reservation Request
**Please note: The MCC committee will respond to your request in approximately 7-10 days. Please allow at least that much time when making your requests. If you are making a reservation request for the following semester, you may not receive notification regarding your reservation until closer to your event date. Contact the AVPSS office with questions at 309-298-1900.

**Room SET-UPS CANNOT BE CHANGED - Layouts of rooms are below. Due to staffing concerns the MCC will no longer be accepting requests for events that require a set up of any kind.

**If the event is being scheduled beyond the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm, a responsible graduate assistant, advisor or staff member must check out the MCC key at OPS in Mowbray Hall and will be in attendance at all times. By submitting this form I am accepting responsibility and understand the guidelines of the MCC and agree to fully comply with them and abide by all rules and regulations of Western Illinois University.

We are no longer allowing a set up of any equipment, tables or chairs at the MCC. We do not have the staffing available to allow for set up. If your event needs a set up or specific equipment, we ask that you work with the Union to schedule your event. If you would like to show a power point or project a video, you can do so, but you must bring your own computer and projector and you will be responsible for all set up. In addition, if you need chairs or tables, you must utilize what tables and chairs that are already set up in the building.
