Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. Admission to the event will be communicated to you via e-mail. If accepted, you will be sent an event contract for signature, which must be signed and returned within five (5) business days.
Vendors will receive a 10x10 tent, table, two chairs, and signage. Vendors are responsible for securing all required City permits.
Fees are as follows:Cudell and Edgewater Neighborhood food vendor: $200Food vendor from outside the Cudell or Edgewater neighborhoods (including food trucks): $300Commercial Vendor (non-food businesses in the Cudell or Edgewater Neighborhoods): $300Non-Profit Vendor: $200Arts/Crafts/Gifts Vendor (all items must be hand-crafted, original designs made by the exhibitor): $200
*Vendors who can supply their own tent, tables and chairs should inquire about reduced rates available.
