Queen Bee Coaching supports women across Greater Manchester who want to step into positions of power and influence. We provide coaching for women with leadership potential who are in work, community, or civic roles where coaching is not usually available or affordable.

The programme is open to women who live or work in any of the ten Greater Manchester boroughs. We particularly encourage applications from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic, LGBTQ+, and Disabled women, to ensure the service reflects the diversity of the region. Our powerful coaching is non-directive and focuses on building leadership skills, personal effectiveness, and confidence. It is not counselling, therapy, or mentoring. You will get more from it, the more you put into it.

This form helps us understand you and whether the programme is right for you. All information is confidential and used only to deliver the coaching service. It will take between 20-30 minutes to complete.
