NAMI Champaign Community Education 2025-26 Registration form for In-Person & Online programs

Thank you for your interest in our Community Education program! Please take a minute to fill this information out below. If you are registering to view a specific program, please note that there is an IN-PERSON * & a separate ONLINE registration to click on below.

If you are registering to join us ONLINE, please be sure to register by 5pm (or before) on the day of the program that you are wanting to attend online, so that there is time to send you a ZOOM link that day.

You are welcome to sign up for more than one event. Please submit each event separately that you plan to attend. Thank you!

* Side note: You are welcome to bring a covered drink(s) to the second floor conference rooms at the Champaign Library but no food please. There is a cafe on the main floor to purchase various types of drinks.
