It might be for one-to-one user testing for shiny new functions or features, for phone interviews about an idea or to share your thoughts about something we're thinking of building through something like a survey. We're also looking for people who would be willing to take part in longer-term studies so we can better understand how to improve Monzo for you day-to-day.
You'll be rewarded for your time regardless of the nature of the research. The sessions are usually oversubscribed so unfortunately we will not be able to see everyone or get back to everyone immediately – we will try our best, please bear with us :-)
