2018 SER Registration Refund Request Form
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Refunds will be provided at the discretion of the Regional Syntaktes. If granted, refunds will be provided according to the following guidelines. Refund requests received before December 31, 2017 will be refunded less a $50.00 administrative fee. Refund requests received between January 1 – April 2, 2018 will be refunded less a 50% administrative fee. Refund requests received after April 2, 2018 are not eligible for a refund. Individual/extra ticket sales are not refundable. Cancellations must be completed via the online REFUND REQUEST form. Telephone cancellations are not accepted. Refunds approval and process may take up to 60 days.
