Please use this form to apply for scholarships for your church. Camp Siloam will determine an appropriate amount to be awarded based on your responses and the availability of scholarship funds. All scholarships awarded will be flat amounts as opposed to per-camper or percentages. If your church is awarded scholarship funds, you may be required to answer a post-camp questionnaire relating to how you used the scholarship funds for your group.
