Non-Registered Expected Graduation Term (EGT) Request.
The Student Information System is designed to deactivate or cancel all students who are not enrolled in UC Berkeley courses during their EGT term.  This includes students who are:

* Finishing their final graduation requirement(s) at another institution (for example, UC Berkeley Extension, or a California Community College).

* Finishing course work for which an incomplete grade was assigned by the instructor.

* Readmitted for graduation purposes only, due to a previous cancellation or withdrawal.

 By submitting this form, you are confirming that you meet one of the above criteria, but wish to graduate in your specified EGT term, although you're not enrolled.


We must submit requests for EGT changes for students not currently enrolled to the Office of the Registrar for processing.
In most cases, you can expect to see your EGT listed on your Cal Central Dashboard within 4-6 weeks of your request.
 
IF YOU WITHDREW MORE THAN TWO SEMESTERS PRIOR,  PLEASE  EXPECT UP TO 8 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR EGT IS ACTIVATED.
