This is to give a sense of the change in your baseline understanding/knowledge of some of the concepts involved here and is also gaining us data that will help to *improve* how we execute this type of training in the future and *advocate* for it to happen in the future. Please be honest. No one is being graded or judged but it intended to help us help your peers and colleagues.

It should only take a few minutes.  Knowing the type of attendance for everyone who registered *would* be useful to us though, and having feedback is always welcomed.  Though if you did not attend the training in person, then don't feel obliged to fill in the sections that don't pertain to you.
