Walker Homestead’s Antiques & Primitive Goods Show Contract - June 17, 2023
APPLICATION DUE NO LATER THAN April 30th TO HOLD YOUR SPOT!
Terms of Contract:
Exhibitors agree to provide a professional display AND A SIGN WITH THEIR BUSINESS NAME ON IT.
NO PACKING UP BEFORE THE END OF THE SHOW!
Set up days are Thursday, June 15, 2023 (1-8) and Friday, June 16, 2023 (8-8) Set up must be complete before the show opens. If rain is in the forecast, feel free to call us if you would like to set up your tent early.
All vehicles must be removed from booth areas into designated dealer parking area by 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. Please be respectful of others and NO VEHICLE IS TO LEAVE PARKING LOT BEFORE 3 PM, your booth must be packed and ready to load before taking your vehicle out of vendor parking lot. Absolutely no dealer parking in customer parking area.
Booth fee (non-refundable) of $150 single and $225 double (you provide your own tent) or covered $250 (half tent 10x10) and $425 (full tent 10x20) is due with application unless we cancel the show or your application is denied. Your booth fees pay for advertising the show, so receiving them in a timely fashion is greatly appreciated.
The exhibitor will not sublet any part of his/her booth without permission and approval of the show promoters of the additional vendor, who must also complete an application. There will be a limit on shared booths as it takes away from the quality of the show and we reserve the right to refuse any vendor from sharing a booth.
Each booth is allowed one (1) helper – this does not include family members or a vendor who is sharing the booth with you. ALL vendors and helpers MUST have a name tag, so please fill out the appropriate section of the application in advance.
The exhibitor is responsible for his or her own insurance bodily injury, property damage and product coverage. The field will be monitored and secured after set up.
Exhibitors must provide their own tents and tables. We now have unlimited covered 10’x 10’ and 10’ x 20’ tent spaces available. See form for details.
Applications are due by April 30, 2023 in order to hold your spot. We will provide you with postcards to mail and hand out to your customers as well as advertise in various trade publications. We will do a direct mailing to our mailing and e-mail lists.

. This is a juried show and we reserve the right to deny any applicant. We reserve the right to ask any vendor to remove merchandise which we deem to be inappropriate for this show.
