Housing Hope Neighborhood Advisory Committee Application
Thank you for your interest in serving on a neighborhood committee as we work to develop housing for students and their families in the Everett School District who are experiencing homelessness. The purpose of the committee is to advise Housing Hope in three areas:
- Design of the housing site
- Serve as feedback and problem solving group as necessary during construction
- Serve as a feedback group for management of the housing once it is constructed and open

We welcome all applicants with a goal to form a committee of 12 members. Requirements for serving on the committee include living in the Port Gardner neighborhood, commitment to attending at least 80% of the meetings over the next year, and the ability to provide constructive input toward the project regardless of personal stance.

Of the 12 spots, one spot is reserved for a member who lives within 100 yards of the Everett Public Schools property, one spot is reserved for a member of the Everett Historical Commission, and one spot is reserved for someone who would be eligible to be a resident at the site.

Deadline for application is December 7, 2019.
