REQUIRED SUPPLIES: - 1 or more 3.5" square white tiles (official Zentangle brand tiles, or any nice white paper cut into 3.5" square)
- A piece of colored paper (and color you like) cut to 4" x 11" (this can be construction paper, or cardstock - any weight or thickness, so long as you are able to fold it; I'm using some colored paper from the scrapbooking selection at Michaels)
- Ruler
- Scissors
- Adhesive (tape, glue, whatever you prefer)
- a black micron pen in size 01 or PN (or any pen you like that does not smudge)
- a pencil and a blender/tortillion (or Qtip if you don't have this)
OPTIONAL SUPPLIES:
- If you enjoy adding color, please also bring watercolors and/or water-based markers and a brush)
- Grey marker for shading (instead of a pencil and blender). I use a COPIC N2 neutral grey marker. Sometimes it's easier to use this than the pencil graphite over watercolor, but please don't go buy a special grey marker just for this project.
- You may also want to have scratch paper or a notebook to practice in.
