The McAuliffe Administration has a responsibility to fully consider the impacts of the Mountain Valley and Atlantic Coast pipelines to Virginia's water. So far the Administration's process has been a sham -- rushed, incomplete, and opaque. With your help, CCAN Action Fund is proposing actions on three consecutive days against the Mountain Valley and Atlantic Coast pipelines. These actions would take place at noon at each of the Department of Environmental Quality's seven offices. The offices are in Virginia Beach, Glen Allen, Woodbridge, Harrisonburg, Roanoke, Abingdon, and Richmond. The purpose of these three days of protests is to call on Governor McAuliffe to direct his DEQ to fulfill its responsibility to Virginians and thoroughly review the impacts of the pipelines to Virginia's water.
We cannot do this without your help and input! Please fill out this short eight-question survey to let us know how you'd like to get involved and provide any additional input.
