Registration Form - Latinx Therapist Project Clinical Consultation Series:  A Monthly Space for Clinical Insight, Cultural Affirmation, and Collective Care February 18th

Welcome to the Latinx Therapist Project Clinician Consultation Group!

Thank you for your interest in joining Latinx Therapist Project's monthly consultation group, facilitated by Dr. Xochilt Alamillo, PhD, LCSW. This space was created to provide Latinx-identifying and Spanish-speaking clinicians with a supportive environment for clinical reflection, cultural affirmation, and collective care.

We recognize that many clinicians, especially those who are Latino and/or working with Spanish-speaking clients, often lack access to supervisors or consultation groups who have that lived experience. This space is intentionally designed to address that gap — offering a place where our lived experiences, language, and identities are understood and affirmed.  

Each month from September 2025 to February 2026, participants may register to join a 90 minute virtual consultation session where we will:

  • Consult on clinical cases in a culturally responsive and trauma-informed setting.

  • Share strategies, resources, and insights while honoring our collective experiences.

  • Build a peer learning network grounded in cultural humility and mutual support.

  • Explore ways to prevent burnout and sustain ourselves in this important work.

We are inviting 6–8 Latinx-identifying clinicians to participate in each monthly consultation each month with a separate sign up form each month.  Please complete this registration form so we can learn more about you, your goals, and the topics you’d like to explore together.

Important Information:

  • No Long-Term Commitment: You do not need to attend every month. You are welcome to sign up only for the sessions that fit your schedule or needs.

  • Confidentiality: All discussions will honor client and clinician privacy. No identifying client information may be recorded or shared outside the group.

  • Commitment: We ask that you attend all sessions to ensure continuity and trust within the group.

  • Session Dates: Dates will be confirmed with participants before the first session.

  • Cost: Thanks to grant support, this program is being offered at no cost to selected participants. (Adjust if different — you can clarify payment here if needed.)

  • Format: Sessions will be held virtually via Zoom

This is a flexible space — sign up to join when you can and as often as you can! Together, we will hold space that centers our culture, values, and healing.

Monthly Zoom Sessions will be held following dates from 12:00pm-1:30pm and each have their own registration form:
