We follow the guidance from the latest version of KCSIE (Keeping Children Safe in Education). My organisation has a DSL who has undertaken safeguarding and child protection training. My organisation regularly reviews the performance and/or suitability of staff or volunteers after their appointment. *

- Rigorous selection processes to judge suitability of the prospective employee;

- Review of two references for prospective employee ;
- Interviews of prospective employee;
- Confirmation of right to work in the UK.
