Austin Bloggers Survey

The Austin Bloggers (austinbloggers.org) website was created in February 2003, at a time when interest in personal publishing via weblog was growing. You can read about the early history of the site here: http://www.austinbloggers.org/blog/a/000296.html

As of early July 2015, the austinbloggers.org website was still operating. But it had fallen largely out of use. I'm in the midst of a data center migration, and it didn't seem particularly worthwhile to migrate the current application to the new server. So, the site was taken down -- at least for the time being.

Although blogging doesn't have the same level of interest as it did ten years ago, it's still important. Here is a recent article that discusses why: https://medium.com/matter/the-web-we-have-to-save-2eb1fe15a426

I'd like to know if there is sufficient interest in the local community to bring back a new Austin Bloggers site. Please use this survey to share your thoughts.
