First 30 Days Service
“Transforming parents into empowered caregivers in 30 days.”

Welcome to our new 30 Days service. You are registering as an observer, not as a caregiver, but will be seeing the same daily emails as the participants.

This service was announced on September 1, 2020, and we want to learn from you as well. Your feedback will be essential to how it is rolled out to help families in the coming months.

The goal of this service is to change the course of a family’s caregiving journey in 30 days. The 30 days of lessons are meant to start the family on a new course of empowerment and good information.

We will be sending you 30 emails over 30 days with approximately 30 minutes of learning materials per day. In addition to reading you will receive links to video and audio content from F.E.A.S.T. and from other trusted sources.

Parents are given the chance to ask questions about the material, and are encouraged to direct questions about their own situation to our Parent Support Team at any time.

Over the 30 days you will see content about eating disorders, caregiving, and the resources available for ongoing learning. We will introduce you to the resources and the peer support of the community.

Users can start this service at any time and use it at any stage in their family’s journey.

You can follow the 30 days service by doing one lesson a day, skipping a day, jumping forward, or all at once: whatever works for you!

To enroll in this service and begin, please fill out this short survey below. After you've enrolled, look for an email with the first lesson!
