Hanszen Space Request Form
Requests are voted on at Cabinet each Wednesday night at 10:10pm, so make requests at the latest on the first Wednesday preceding your request.

Requests for classrooms (201, 202, Glass) between 7:00am and 5:00pm on weekdays must be approved through the registrar instead of through Hanszen.

BE ADVISED: If your request is for the Upper Commons, Lower Commons, or Terrace, a representative for your request MUST be in attendance at Cabinet in the Hanszen Upper Commons at 10:10pm on Wednesday or the request WILL be rejected.
