PROTOTYPING LAB APPLICATION FORM

The PROTOTYPING LAB is the last of three activities of the EUCL 2024 and starts with 3 (live) online master classes (end of October) and will take part 5 days on-site in Munich (Germany) from November 4th to 8th, 2024.  Your travel days are November 3rd - 9th, 2024.

Participation fee (per person):

500,00 € + VAT (Early Bird: payment before 8.9.24, 11.59 pm CET)
650,00 € + VAT (Regular: payment before 6.10.24, 11.59 pm CET)

Participation fee covers:
  • Access to all online masterclasses / keynotes of the Prototyping Lab 2024
  • Participation in the 5-day lab (full-time) on-site
  • Welcome Dinner, Day Catering (vegetarian/vegan), Networking Event
  • Inclusion in the booklet as participant
  • Benefit as EUCL alumni from future offers, for example prioritized access to all upcoming EUCL Labs

Participation Fee does not cover:
  • Travel and accommodation
  • Private dinners & drinks

When you participate WITHOUT an own project, you will find producers, creators and projects in our lab to meet, support and work with during the lab. We will match projects with participants without an own project. 

When you want to apply WITH own project be aware that the decision about the projects selected will be made by EUCL. 

This cooperation in the workshop does not give rise to any legal claims against the project holders, their producers or creators at any time. This also applies to our mentors and all employees of the European Creators' Lab.

Nevertheless, we are sure that the cooperation between creative technologists and digital masterminds with producers and creatives will be fruitful for both sides and can lead to a joint collaboration in the future.
